Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with account executives to plan and carry out outreach strategies

* Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and social media
* Test and improve messaging across different industries and buyer types
* Help create opportunities for a strong sales pipeline
Requirements:
* Fluency in German and English
* At least 12 months of experience in sales development and lead generation roles (inbound and outbound)
* Motivated with goals-oriented approach and excited about exceeding targets
* Strong communication skills and proactive attitude
