Human Resources Assistant
Our client, a Semi-State Financial organisation, is currently seeking a HR Assistant to support their People Advisory and Talent Acquisition teams. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator to develop into a more Generalist role.

Responsibilities:
* Serve as the main contact for employee inquiries, building strong relationships with internal teams.
* Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit procedures.
* Administer employee leave processes in accordance with company policies.
* Manage HR data to generate insights, reports, and dashboards for strategic decisions.
* Prepare confidential documents such as employment contracts and amendments.
* Ensure payroll changes are processed accurately and timely.
* Support recruitment activities, including job postings and offers.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of HR administration experience
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
* Preferred: Experience in banking, financial services, or professional services sectors
