JJ Rhatigan & Company is one of Ireland’s leading Building Contractors, with operations throughout Ireland and the UK. We are currently recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator based in our Galway Head Office.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious main contractor and work with like-minded people on award winning multi-million-euro projects.
* Process delivery dockets in the purchasing system.
* Liase and follow up with suppliers and site personnel on delivery dockets / invoice related issues.
* Raise credit requests when necessary.
* Support the purchasing department with general administration requirements.
Skills & experience required:
* Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Ability to work on your own initative.
* Ability to prioritise in a fast paced environment.
* Experience using IT systems i.e. Excel / Word.
* Good communication skills both verbal and written.
