Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Cardiac Physiologist to join our team in the Cardiology Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical science and excellent analytical skills.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for performing and interpreting various diagnostic tests, including ECGs, stress tests, and Holter monitoring.
To be successful in this position, you will need to have a B.Sc. in clinical measurement science or equivalent qualification, as well as evidence of postgraduate qualifications such as BSE or BHRS. At least three years of post-qualification experience is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform and interpret ECGs, stress tests, Holter monitoring, and BP monitors.
* Analyze event monitors and provide expert opinion on pacemaker and ICD implants.
* Support the Head of Department in implementing initiatives to improve and develop the service.
Requirements:
* Association of the Society of Cardiac Technicians certification.
* B.Sc. in clinical measurement science or equivalent qualification.
* Evidence of postgraduate qualifications such as BSE or BHRS.
* At least three years of post-qualification experience.
