Job Title: Mobility Equipment Specialist
Overview: This role plays a key part in supporting the setup, delivery and servicing of mobility equipment. As a specialist you will work closely with other teams to coordinate logistics, instruct clients on equipment use and manage stock levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Fitting, assembly or installation of mobility product orders.
* Delivering orders to customers as required.
* Instructing clients on the safe and effective use of mobility equipment.
* Ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner to meet deadlines.
* Site visits to drop off and collect demonstration stock.
* Securing mobility products to prevent loss or damage.
* Supporting colleagues with cycle counts and stock takes.
* Liaising with warehouse teams regarding stock transfers.
* Liaising with Customer Service for accurate deliveries.
Requirements:
* Background knowledge of mobility products would be advantageous.
* Experience in product assembly is beneficial.
* Able to work independently while delivering high-quality service.
* Strong administrative skills including planning and organisational skills.
* Good communication skills.
* A full driving licence.
* Garda Vetting is required.
