OverviewThe Sales Manager Ireland is responsible for driving new business development, existing key accounts growth, expanding market presence in line with channel & sector penetration plan, and developing strategic partnerships across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities through prospect events, executing GTM sales strategies, strategic & key accounts openings and development, and new business management. The position requires a results-driven sales professional with strong relationship-building skills and experience managing international & regional markets.The role requires a passion for luxury beauty, an understanding of premium business expectations across omni-channel, including clinical, dental, spa and salon trade & wholesale partners.Main Roles & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies for Irish markets.Proactively identify new potential accounts & sales opportunities across the area within luxury high end multi sector.Negotiate new partnerships and joint business plans with wholesale, and retail partners.Expand existing customer accounts and increase market share.Develop & maintain relationships with all key stakeholders within the region to underpin longevity & success.Management of a portfolio of accounts across the territory, with an efficient journey plan.Define & implement business plans for accounts to support ongoing growth & target achievement.Maintain a relationship with all accounts that inspires loyalty and referrals.Execute an effective prospecting plan to generate new business enquiries and meetings.Conduct new business meetings, demonstrations, prospective events to convert prospects to new accounts in line with territory targets.Increase penetration of portfolio in line with company goals and territory targets.Uphold all brand standards, sales & contractual obligations by brand.Agree and oversee engagement & education events for the brand to support penetration.Build relationships, network and exhibit across trade shows and industry events.Identify collaborative partnerships that can propel awareness & sales of the brands.Maintain a broad market and product knowledge base to support excellenceIdentify new markets, channels, and growth opportunitiesMonitor market trends, competitors, and customer needsRecommend pricing strategies and promotional activitiesRepresent the company at trade shows and industry eventsAppoint, train, and manage wholesalers and partners where applicableEnsure brand standards and company policies are followedSupport product launches and marketing initiativesWhat will make you right for this role?Exceptional communication and presentation skills are a must along with an inherent passion in working independently and as a team to exceed expectations.A genuine passion for aesthetics, innovation, and premium brand performance.Energetic, Self-motivated, creative thinker who flourishes at working independentlyDrive to go that extra mile & identifying opportunities to meet and exceed objectivesStrong communicator & ability to engage and persuadeProfessional and takes pride in appearance at all timesResponsive & adaptive to changing workloads, timelines and outputs required due to the fast-moving pace of the industry and brand portfolioWillingness and ability to travel in line with jointly agreed planDesire to work within a small but dynamic entrepreneurial company and be a KEY player in overall company success.Experience & Key Success CriteriaMinimum of 3 years on the road experience in equivalent field sales role with a proven track record of delivering growth and achieving targets.Drive, tenacity and resilience needed to meet company targets on an ongoing basis.Relationship focused with the ability to have commercial conversations that drives true partnership and results.A collaborative person who can influence internal stake holders for region success.Proven track record for overachieving & growing market penetration across a portfolioConfident in delivering presentations with impact and managing high profile accounts.Trained therapist up to NVQ Level 3 /City & Guilds or equivalent with experience of working with topical skincare, devices & treatments would be preferred.Demonstration of autonomous working styleAbility to develop retail skills & performance with in-clinic and salon teams.Holds a full driving license.Willingness to travelAbout the Company and BrandHarpar Grace International is a privately owned, entrepreneurial, dynamic and passionate company founded in 2013, specialising in the development, distribution and management of luxury, cosmeceutical, spa and retail brands.The company continues to achieve exceptional year-on-year performance and the team is rapidly expanding to support the ambitious growth of the company and brand portfolio.Harpar Grace are the exclusive distributors for iS Clinical Cosmeceuticals, RevitaLash Cosmetics, and Totally Derma Nutraceutical drink supplement throughout UK & Ireland and appointed distributors for the iS Clinical brand within 22 Caribbean countries, as well as global brand owners for Déesse PRO LED Light therapy brand.
