As
Sales & Events Manager
, you'll own the commercial success of events, private dining and group bookings at Hawksmoor Dublin. This is a senior, hands-on role combining relationship-building, creativity and operational delivery. You'll be the face of Hawksmoor for events locally — from first enquiry through to flawless execution.
What You'll Do
* Lead sales for events, private dining, groups and buyouts
* Build strong relationships with corporates, agencies, hotels and local partners
* Host show rounds, tastings and client meetings
* Drive revenue through proactive sales, smart proposals and upselling
* Work closely with the on-site team to deliver seamless, high-quality events
* Track performance and activity using our sales systems
Who You Are
* Experienced in hospitality sales, events or premium venue management
* Commercially minded and confident working to targets
* Warm, professional and comfortable hosting clients
* Organised, proactive and calm under pressure
* Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
