Position: Chef De Partie
Location: Tulfarris Hotel & Golf Resort, Blessington Lakes, Blessington, Co Wicklow
This is a full-time role including weekends and evening shifts. The successful applicant must have at least two years of experience, preferably in a four-star hotel.

Our Hotel
Tulfarris is one of the most picturesque hotels in Wicklow, with 91 guest rooms and 3 self-catering lodges. The Brasserie and The Fairways Restaurant offer a range of foods in a relaxing environment with views of the golf course, Blessington Lakes and Wicklow Mountains. We source ingredients locally from Irish farmers and suppliers and offer a selection of beers and cocktails. The hotel is about 45 minutes from Dublin City and 25 minutes from the M50.
Your New Role
You will work as part of an award-winning kitchen team, demonstrate a positive attitude and flexible approach, communicate openly and effectively, and take pride in delivering a high-quality guest experience. You will contribute to menus that blend world cuisine with Irish influences, with ingredients sourced locally where possible.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the standard of food and pastries produced is of the highest possible standard.
* Follow standardised recipes, preparation and presentation standards.
* Ensure the smooth running of food service with restaurant personnel.
* Meet all guest special requests.
* Work in an organised, hygienic manner prioritising HACCP regulations.
* Store goods correctly and hygienically in accordance with HACCP specifications.
* Ensure correct rotation of stock as per HACCP requirements.
* Adhere to cleaning schedules for the Kitchen.
* All applicants must have permission to work in Ireland.
Candidate Requirements
* Always work on behalf of guests and collaborate with team members to exceed guest expectations.
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
* Strong knowledge of HACCP.
* Lead by example at all times.
* Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes.
* Maintain high levels of quality, service, presentation and cleanliness.
* Handle all aspects of food preparation and service with dedication to quality in presentation.
* Take direction from the Executive Head Chef & Sous Chef to monitor food quality and hygiene standards.
* Be self-motivated and creative in delivering quality presentation of food.
