* Prepare accurate cost estimates and manage project expenditures
* Support tendering processes, including material and labor pricing
* Maintain and control project costs, variations, and valuations
Key Requirements:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
* Strong analytical and numerical skills
* Valid driver's license
