Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential support to our residents, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of care needs within the Residential Care Setting.
* Candidate must be living in Ireland and hold a current work permit.
* Genuine interest and passion for caring for others to be interested in building a strong relationship with our residents.

* Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
* Experience in residential care is desirable but not essential
* Promoting independence, choice and ensuring respect ,dignity and privacy of our residents is maintained at all times.
* Have a professional friendly attitude
* Delivery of a high standard of individualized person centred care and following all policies and procedure's
Responsibilities
* Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
* Support individuals in maintaining their independence by encouraging participation in daily activities and mobilisation.
* Help with the preparation and serving of meals, ensuring dietary requirements are adhered to.
* Ensure cleanliness and safety within the nursing home, adhering to health and safety regulations and policies and procedures
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a healthcare or caring role is desirable but not essential.
* Strong understanding of English language for effective communication.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
* Ability to work flexibly as part of a team, demonstrating empathy and compassion towards our residents
