Our organization is seeking a Sales Support professional to join our dynamic team.
This role will involve managing orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring seamless communication with clients. The successful candidate will also support field-based client representatives by building strong relationships with existing customers and gathering valuable feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Order Management: Manage orders efficiently from receipt to delivery.
 * Client Liaison: Provide proactive communication to clients, ensuring their needs are met.
 * Field Support: Collaborate with field-based client representatives to build rapport with customers.
 * Process Improvement: Work closely with internal teams to implement improvements based on customer feedback.
 * Customer Visits: Attend customer visits to strengthen relationships and gather valuable insights.
Requirements:
 * Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar environment.
 * Excellent phone manner for client liaison.
 * Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 * Motivated to achieve KPIs and targets.
