* Be a trusted advisor on all things HR - from Employee Relations and performance to recruitment and transformation.
* Manage a high volume of day-to-day queries and ER cases with confidence and clarity.
* Drive performance processes, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Champion change and support new ways of working across the business.
* Partner closely with business leaders on HR strategy aligned to organisational growth.
* Support learning, engagement, and culture-building initiatives.
* Use data and insights to guide smarter decision-making and shape a high-performing culture.
Responsibilities:
* Trusted Advisor: Provide guidance on Employee Relations, performance, recruitment, and transformation.

Requirements:
* 3–5 years' HR experience, ideally in fast-moving environments (e.g., retail, logistics, services).
* Proven strength in Employee Relations and managing HR cases at pace.
* Solid knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
* Strong Excel and reporting skills (a must).
* Collaborative, commercial, and ready to influence at all levels.
* Immediate availability or short notice period is essential.
