We are hiring a Group Sales Director to lead large-scale solutions sales in the Technology industry within Ireland. This role reports to the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer and partners with senior and executive levels across Cpl.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies for technology sector clients, aligning with our vision and pillars.Define and implement sales plans to meet revenue and performance targets.Lead market growth strategies across segments and partnerships.Partner across Cpl to identify solution opportunities.Drive demand generation through collaboration and campaigns.Identify and engage prospective clients, understanding their challenges and designing relevant solutions.Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and effective positioning.Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to closure, collaborating internally throughout.Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and report progress to leadership.Adopt a consultative approach to identify additional service opportunities.Experience Required10+ years of senior sales experience, selling large-scale technology services and solutions.Experience with talent solutions, BPO, or professional services preferred.Proven ability to develop and drive sales strategies.Exceptional communication and relationship skills with senior leadership.Strong commercial acumen and business development success.Data-driven with CRM experience (Salesforce).Company Background:Cpl aims to be the best at transforming clients through sustainable talent solutions.
