What You'll Be Doing
You'll take full ownership of the sales cycle and play a key role in shaping the company's growth in your region.

Manage the full end-to-end sales cycle
Build and grow a strong pipeline in an emerging market
Identify high-value opportunities and convert them into long-term customersDeliver compelling product demonstrations that clearly communicate value
Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership to influence strategy
What You Bring
Fluency in Polish and English
1+ year of success in a fast-paced sales role (scale-up or startup experience is highly valued)
Comfortable working with ambiguity and rapid change
Strong ability to qualify, prioritise, and close opportunities
Target-driven mindset with a desire to exceed expectations
Team-oriented, proactive, and motivated by growth environments
Compensation and Benefits
€130,000 OTE annually (65,000 base)
Uncapped commission structure
