Role: Sales Executive Courier company Location: Dublin 1 Part Time 25 hours per week, flexible start times Salary: €35k Role Requirements: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients across various industries Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with clients to present courier service offerings Prepare and present tailored quotes and proposals based on client needs Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using CRM software Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities Candidate Requirements: 2 years of sales experience, preferably in courier, transport, or logistics industries Strong understanding of courier operations, including same-day, next-day, and international services (preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in client-facing roles Proven ability to identify client needs and offer suitable delivery solutions Results-driven with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong negotiation and closing skills Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) INDCAT1 Skills: sales Inside Sales cold calling
