Job Title: Key Account Expansion Specialist
About the Role:
As a driven and commercially-minded Key Account Expansion Specialist, you will play a crucial role in scaling our new business efforts and expanding our footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a new business sales pipeline from lead to close, owning and growing opportunities across target verticals and geographies.
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads with speed and rigour, identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities that align with our business goals.
* Develop and execute targeted sales strategies, building strong relationships with prospects through discovery, consultation, and solution-selling.
* Maintain accurate records in our CRM, forecast pipeline effectively, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver strong proposals and timely responses.
* Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets by selling IT Managed Services, cloud infrastructure, or cybersecurity solutions to key decision-makers.
Requirements:
* 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in a new business or full-cycle sales role, with a proven track record of success managing a sales pipeline using a modern CRM platform.
* Strong experience selling complex technology solutions, including familiarity with the Microsoft stack (Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server).
* Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills, with a willingness to travel for customer meetings and events primarily within Ireland.
* A highly organised, self-motivated individual who is comfortable working towards targets and can thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
