We are seeking a proactive Real Estate Asset Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of property investments. The role involves driving asset performance, managing third -party partners, and supporting acquisition and disposition strategies. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial acumen with hands -on asset management experience.
Key Responsibilities:Manage performance of real estate assets across residential, commercial, and mixed -use sectorsOversee property managers, leasing agents, and service providersExecute business plans, including leasing, capex, and value -add initiativesMonitor financials, budgets, and reporting for portfolio assetsSupport due diligence and underwriting for new investments and exits
Requirements:5+ years' experience in real estate asset management or investmentsChartered Surveyor with strong understanding of the Irish real estate landscapeStrong financial and analytical skills; proficient in Excel and modelingSelf -starter with excellent communication and negotiation skills
