The successful candidates will work on architecting domain-specific Large Multimodal Models (LMMs) for the art world, design and deploy autonomous AI agents, and build the user-facing platform and backend infrastructure enabling interaction with AI agents and models.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop vision-language models and generative models using PyTorch.
* Implement adaptive learning strategies for evolving art categories.
* Optimize fine-tuning methods to adapt models while managing resources.
* Design human-aligned reasoning pipelines with input from art historians and curators.
* Translate research to product by prototyping, benchmarking, and productionizing innovations into APIs and MLOps pipelines.
Qualifications & Experience
* Data Scientist:
o At least 4 years of experience in AI/ML/data science; Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
o Strong background in deep learning, computer vision, Python, and ML frameworks.
o Familiarity with vision-language models and generative models.
o A portfolio of published research or notable projects in generative AI or computer vision.
o Experience deploying ML models in production (MLOps).
* Agentic AI Developer:
o Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
o Strong Python backend development experience and experience with multi-agent frameworks.
o Proficiency with RESTful or GraphQL APIs and cloud deployment.
o Experience deploying ML models in production (MLOps).
* Full-Stack Developer:
o Proven experience in a full-stack development role.
o Strong front-end skills, particularly React; strong back-end skills in Python and Node.js.
o Experience with relational databases and RESTful/GraphQL APIs.
o Cloud deployment experience.
