Elevate Partners are currently working witha specialist Irishinvestment and advisory firmwho are currently looking to hire an Associate to join their industry leading team in Dublin. in this role you will work on large ticket, global transactions and be working on buyside investments targeting in buyout and growth companies with circa 1-5 mill in EBITDA .The role:Run M&A transactions day-to-day (process management, modelling, materials, diligence)Execute a live pipeline of sell-side and buy-side mandatesSupport origination and marketing for new transactionsWork on proprietary investments and new opportunity evaluationSupport portfolio companies post-investmentGradually build sector ownership and client relationshipsThe requirements:Demonstrable level of commercial/investment judgment and strategic thinkingStrong financial modelling skills and presentation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment on own initiativeAbility to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority changesPresence and personality to build relationships and to network Ideal ExperienceAssociate for 1 year + (Or Analyst for 3+ years)Has ran an M&A deal – day to day – with VP/MD supervisionThis is an excellent role for the Irish market and offers a blend of advisory and direct investing.
