The Role
We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Technician to join our Dublin team. In this role, you will:
Diagnose, repair, and maintain all vehicle types, with a focus on Hyundai.
Work with advanced vehicle systems, ensuring safety, performance, and longevity.
Deliver top-quality service while keeping accurate records of all work.
Apply your high voltage knowledge on electric and hybrid vehicles.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic tests to achieve first-time fixes.
Perform routine maintenance and advanced repairs, including battery servicing, charging system checks, and powertrain replacements.
Maintain high safety standards for yourself and the vehicles.
Keep detailed service records for warranty compliance.
Install software and firmware updates on electric and hybrid vehicles.
Communicate with customers, explaining findings and repair recommendations clearly.
Ensure all work meets Hyundais quality and safety standards.
Manage parts ordering and inventory effectively.
Stay updated with the latest vehicle technology through training and certification.
Attend manufacturer training courses to develop your technical skills in Electric, Hybrid, High Voltage, and ICE vehicles.
What Were Looking For
Qualified Diagnostic Technician from a recognized brand or training partner. Hyundai-specific certification is a plus.
Proven experience as a vehicle or diagnostic technician; Hyundai experience advantageous.
Skilled in diagnostic tools, vehicle electrics, and all vehicle systems.
Committed to safety and following procedures.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues.
High Voltage Knowledge Is Essential.
