Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous consultative financial planning or employee benefits experience is essential.
* Current QFA qualification or working towards CFP or Higher Diploma in Pensions Management leading to AIIPM qualification is required.
* You must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain solid client relationships.
* A background in generating leads from a corporate client base is necessary.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in the industry is required.
