The role also includes setting up meeting rooms, ensuring audio-visual equipment is working properly, setting up function rooms for conferences and events, assisting in serving and clearing after events, and helping guests with luggage and other departments as needed.
This position requires working 5 out of 7 shifts, covering weekends and weekdays.
Skills Required

* Good Attention to detail
* Outstanding communication skills
* Ability to work on your own initiative and cope well under pressure
* Computer literate
* Previous experience as a Receptionist is an advantage but not essential
