HR BUSINESS PARTNER

Key Responsibilities:
* Responsibility for the full recruitment process.
* Provide expert HR/ER advice and guidance to managers and staff, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and legislation.
* Prepare accurate HR reports and data for the HR Director, senior management, and external agencies as required.
* Be the go-to person for line managers on all things HR, from recruitment to performance management.
* Drive high performance through data analysis and strategic implementation.
* Draft contracts of employment in line with current statutory requirements.
* Update the Core HR system with changes to staff details, contracts, leave, and rosters per SOPs.
* Support the onboarding process by coordinating inductions, ensuring all new starter documentation is completed and compliant.
* Contribute to the ongoing strategic development of our HR services to meet the changing needs of the organisation
* Assist in the delivery and communication of HR initiatives, including policy updates, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
Experience/Requirements
* A 3rd level qualification in Human Resources (or related field)
* 3+ years' experience in a generalist HR or HR Business Partner role.
* Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, industrial relations, and experience with HR Information Systems and Payroll Systems.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively within HR teams and liaise with senior management and stakeholders.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), with experience in CoreHR and/or knowledge of the healthcare sector.
* Results orientated with capacity for responsibility, accountability and individual initiative.
Remuneration Package
€50,000 - €60,000 plus benefits
