Job Specification Title: Legal Finance & Operations Manager My client, a financial services firm based in Dublin City Centre is looking for an experienced Finance & Operations Manager to join their team. This is a full-time permanent role, that is based onsite 5 days a week. The Job: Prepare monthly management accounts and financial analysis, including fee earner utilisation, WIP, AR, billings, and revenue Produce weekly cash flow reports and manage month-end reconciliations Oversee daily financial transactions, VAT/VIES submissions, and ensure compliance with Solicitors Accounts Regulations Manage credit control and support year-end audit preparation Provide financial and operational support Support HR-related activities such as salary reviews, recruitment, performance evaluations, and staff management Oversee and allocate tasks to finance assistant and admin staff; liaise with auditors as needed Contribute to budgeting, reforecasting, and departmental budget collaboration The Person: Qualified accountant with 3+ years' post-qualification experience In-depth knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Regulations and compliance requirements Proven experience in preparing monthly management accounts and delivering financial analysis Strong proficiency in Excel Experience in HR processes, including recruitment, performance management, and staff development Effective communicator and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Experienced in budgeting and forecasting discussions with senior leadership Prior experience in professional services preferred; knowledge of Practice Evolve implementation is a strong advantage
