Essentials:
Full Drivers License + Personal Vehicle

PI / RTPI planning qualification or Chartered Surveyor; 3+ years' post-graduate experience; strong understanding of residential planning and land development.
Location:
Dublin city centre, with hybrid flexibility.
Salary:
€50,000 - €60,000

* Assist in identifying and assessing development opportunities from a planning perspective
* Support forward planning strategy alongside senior planning and business development teams
* Prepare and manage planning applications, appeals, and associated submissions
* Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary design teams to meet programme deadlines
* Track and maintain records of development opportunities and planning activity
* Carry out site appraisals, feasibility studies, and site visits across the portfolio
* Monitor local and national planning policy and prepare representations where required
* Support public consultation processes and stakeholder engagement
* Manage project budgets and monitor spend on potential and live sites
* Undertake research on development plans, infrastructure, employment trends, and demographic data
