What you bring
0 – 3 years of experience in business process consulting and service delivery
Strong knowledge of industry and end‑to‑end SAP Intelligent Enterprise processes
Experience in data management, feasibility studies, and complex customer engagements
Project or program management expertise (PMI, Six Sigma, or equivalent preferred)
Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
University degree or equivalent experience; SAP solution certifications preferred
Fluent English required; additional languages a plus
What you’ll build
Translate customer vision into end‑to‑end business process and data management solutions
Evaluate industry and technology trends to shape innovative process and solution roadmaps
Design, map, and optimize business processes aligned to enterprise IT architectures
Lead solution design across SAP and non‑SAP landscapes (on‑premise, cloud, hybrid)
Drive feasibility studies, solution reviews, and innovation testing initiatives
Represent SAP with customers, delivering high‑quality outcomes on complex, high‑impact engagements
Support presales activities, customer workshops, and executive‑level discussions
Deliver and implement best‑practice business processes across LoBs and global rollouts
Drive change management and support transitions to S/4HANA and cloud solutions
Manage or support complex projects, ensuring milestones, quality, and budgets are met
Contribute to the evolution of SAP’s services portfolio, templates, and delivery assets
Act as (sub‑)project lead or team lead when required, using SAP Activate methodologies
Mentor and coach business process consultants, supporting people development and knowledge sharing
Continuously develop your expertise through certifications, innovation initiatives, and community leadership
