We are working with a top-tier Irish law firm based in Dublin for an Associate to join their Funds team.
The Role: The successful candidate will join a leading investment funds team, advising domestic and international clients on investment strategies and private funds.
The Associate will also support clients on regulatory requirements applicable to their asset management activities.
The role involves working with a broad client base including domestic and international investment managers.
The successful candidate will also be willing to engage in business development, and mentor junior members of the firm.
Essential Criteria:1-4 years' PQE; Investment funds background; Excellent academics; Strong drafting abilities; Interpersonal skills; Strong communication skills; Team player; Technically excellent.
