Technical Support Engineer
As a seasoned technical support specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our internal clients on hardware and software issues. This contract role requires a strong background in troubleshooting complex problems, with a focus on iOS and Apple devices.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of resolving technical issues efficiently. Your expertise in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, as well as your ability to document solutions in a ticketing system, will be essential in driving success in this position.
Responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to internal clients
* Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
* Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in a ticketing system
* Own the issue and facilitate technical support from initial contact to resolution
* Escalate unresolved complex issues to appropriate support teams
Requirements:
* 2-5 years in a customer-facing technical support role
* 1+ year of in-depth experience working with iOS/MacOS
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-resolution skills
* Excellent English-language oral and written communication skills
* Understanding of IP networking and basic network troubleshooting skills
* Understanding of multi-tiered and web-based information systems architecture
