Responsibilities
Lead and motivate teams in all departments, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
Ensure staff carry out their duties effectively and follow SOPs.
Manage the smooth running of the hotel and work effectively with the management team.
Maintain knowledge of all Food & Beverage menu items.
Requirements
At least 2 years of Food & Beverage management or supervisory experience.
Previous experience in a Duty Manager role.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
Fluent spoken and written English.
Ability to work confidently, especially during busy periods.
Current legal permission to work in Ireland; no visa sponsorship available.
Additional Information
This position does not include accommodation; applicants must live locally or be able to commute to Letterkenny.
