About Facilities Management Expert
Our organization is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation and maintenance of building systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical/electrical engineering and facilities management.
* Main responsibilities include managing HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems, planning and executing preventive/reactive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Candidates must have:
* A bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field with 3-5 years' experience in building services engineering/facilities management.
* Prior experience working with HVAC/BMS/building services including preventive maintenance, good fault-finding skills essential for success in this role.
