Responsibilities:
1. Manage your designated section with precision and pride
2. Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
3. Support junior team members and contribute to training
4. Maintain HACCP and food safety standards
5. Collaborate with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service
Ideal Candidate:
6. Previous experience in a Chef de Partie role or similar
7. Strong culinary skills and attention to detail
8. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
9. A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
10. Flexibility with shifts, including evenings and weekends
