* Stay updated on the latest product information and specifications.
* Provide detailed product knowledge to customers and staff.
* Educate colleagues on new product knowledge to enhance teamwork.
* Plan test drives and offer product insight during appointments to increase sales.
* Prepare showrooms, manage demo cars, and welcome customers to provide a positive experience.
* Support sales executives with product knowledge and guide customers to make informed purchasing decisions.
Maintain a high standard of product knowledge among staff, assist senior sales executives, and possess strong organisational and prioritisation skills. A valid driving licence is required for this role.
