MedGen Healthcare Ireland is currently hiring Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to support our expanding team. We are looking for caring, committed individuals to provide high-quality, person-centred care in locations across Kilkenny and nearby counties.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support nursing staff in delivering exceptional care to residents
* Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities while respecting residents' dignity
* Build meaningful relationships with residents through support and companionship
* Contribute to social and recreational activities
* Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable care environment
* Comply with Health and Safety standards at all times
* Carry out additional duties as directed by the Nurse in Charge or management
Candidate Requirements:
* QQI Level 5 qualification in Healthcare (or equivalent)
* Previous experience in a healthcare setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Valid right to work in the Republic of Ireland
* Fluent in spoken and written English
