Role Overview
The successful candidate will join an energetic, highly motivated sales team, receiving an industry-leading base salary, an attractive sales commission structure, company car, fuel card, mobile phone, laptop, and eligibility for the company’s contributory pension scheme.

Role Responsibilities
1. Greet customers and qualify them effectively to understand their needs.
2. Assist customers in selecting their new vehicle.
3. Provide excellent customer service to all clients.
4. Liaise with customers throughout the buying process.
5. Manage the preparation and handover of sold vehicles to customers.
6. Maintain the showroom and displays to required standards.
7. Work to strict targets and deadlines.
8. Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge, including accessories and key features.
Role Requirements
1. Full, clean driving license is essential.
2. 2–3 years of previous car sales experience in a target-driven environment.
3. Previous sales experience within the motor industry is a distinct advantage.
4. Strong customer service skills.
5. Effective time management and organizational skills.
6. A positive, can-do attitude.
7. Self-motivation.
8. Excellent communication, presentation, and customer skills.
9. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
