We are seeking an experienced Senior Automation Engineer with deep expertise in Inductive Automation Ignition to support, enhance, and scale industrial automation and data acquisition platforms across regulated manufacturing environments. This role will lead the design, development, and optimization of SCADA systems across the full production lifecycle from concept through deployment. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership support enterprise-scale architectures deliver robust future-ready solutions aligned with client operational compliance requirements. The primary responsibilities include leading the configuration implementation of Ignition-based SCADA systems including Vision Perspective modules. This involves supporting all aspects of system build lifecycles architecture standards development coding practices testing deployment documentation maintenance troubleshooting optimizations ensuring high availability performance reliability. In addition assess system performance load data flow identifying bottlenecks implementing enterprise-level improvements developing standardized templates UDTs reusable components enabling efficient scaling integration communication protocols integrating PLC MES ERP IIoT platforms developing structured pipelines consistent tagging naming conventions asset models providing senior technical guidance mentoring junior engineers promoting best practices collaborating cross-functional teams ensuring align alignment solution deliverables production IT operations QA QA.
