HR Business Partner

Salary: up to €68,000

What you'll be doing
* Acting as a strategic HR partner to your client groups and helping them bring their people strategies to life.
* Supporting performance, talent, and succession processes, and coaching leaders to drive high performance.
* Managing employee relations proactively to maintain a positive, productive workplace.
* Leading engagement with one of the site's union groups and representing the business during dispute resolution.
* Working closely with HR colleagues across Ireland on key projects and initiatives.
* Developing and communicating local and national HR policies.
* Advising on compensation and benefits, including salary reviews and bonus cycles.
* Delivering people updates to managers and the senior leadership team at monthly forums.
* Acting as SME for time & attendance systems (Kronos).
* Providing ad hoc admin support, including compliant management of purchase orders.
What you'll bring
* 2-5 years' HR experience, ideally in a large multinational.
* Bachelor's degree plus CIPD qualification (or relevant Master's).
* Strong Industrial Relations experience and confidence
partnering directly with unions is essential.
* Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
* Great communication skills and a collaborative, confident style.
* Experience managing multiple projects at once and seeing them through to delivery.
* Good knowledge of Irish & EU employment law.
* High levels of initiative, ownership, and organisational skills.
