Demonstrable success in an administrative role, with knowledge of Estate Agency/Residential Lettings and the home buying process preferred. A reputation for outstanding customer service, enthusiasm to learn, and a passion for our values and processes are essential. You should have a drive to work hard and earn rewards.
As a Sales Progressor, we expect you to manage multiple cases, build client relationships, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure smooth completions.
What’s on offer to you
Basic annual salary ranges from £17,500 to £22,000, depending on experience. There are also quarterly bonuses through the Move Manager Scheme based on pipeline conversion rates.
