As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, developing and implementing growth strategies. You will work closely with Directors to develop and execute strategic sales plans and achieve ambitious sales targets.What would your responsibilities and duties be?Developing a sales team to drive sales targets and inspire high performance in line with set KPIs and targetsAchieving your own individual sales targets and KPIsCold calling experienceIdentifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to existing customer bases across Ireland and the UKEffectively managing and driving the sales cycle from prospection through to successful closureBuilding and maintaining relationships with key customers and accounts for growth and retentionBuilding strong relationships with accounts in Ireland and the UKGrowing a sustainable and robust sales pipeline and ensuring accurate and rigorous forecasting and account planningDeveloping & implementing sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goalsConducting market research and competitor analysis in Ireland and the UKPrepare regular reports and conduct monthly meetings to review performanceRepresenting the company at regional events and trade showsRequirementsSales, Business Development, and Relationship Building skillsExperience in developing and implementing growth strategiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsNetworking and Event Management skillsKnowledge of security system monitoring and industry trendsProven track record of meeting sales targetsAmbition to develop and grow within the businessAbility to build a teamAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexibility: Can easily adapt to a changing environment, working methods, working hours, tasks, responsibilities and behaviors of others.
