We are an Irish-owned fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company building a modern lifestyle brand. Over the past year, we've laid down a strong foundation of branded content and community engagement. Now, we're looking for a Social Media Manager who can take things further — blending what's already been built with a fresh creative vision that elevates our presence.
Role Overview
This isn't a "start from scratch" role, but it's also not about repeating what's been done. We want someone who can evaluate the current foundation, keep what works, and boldly reimagine the rest. Alongside digital content, we're looking for someone open to creating real-world, people-focused content — from street interviews to event coverage — that brings the lifestyle side of our brand to life.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
* Create short-form video, reels, and visuals that reflect a modern lifestyle brand.
* Write compelling captions and hashtags that fit with cultural trends.
* Manage daily posting, engagement, and community interaction.
* Capture and edit authentic, on-the-street content (e.g., vox pops, casual interviews, event clips) to connect with real people.
* Track, analyse, and report on growth, engagement, and performance.
* Stay ahead of cultural and social trends in Ireland.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in social media content creation and organic growth.
* Strong portfolio of creative, lifestyle-focused content (reels, TikTok, campaigns).
* Comfortable either in front of or behind the camera for street content.
* Excellent communication skills; proficiency in Irish (Gaeilge) strongly valued.
* Trend-savvy, culturally connected, and able to create content that resonates with our audience.
* Must be based in Ireland.
What We Offer
* Competitive compensation with performance-based bonuses.
* Approx. 15–20 hours per week on a regular, part-time basis.
* Additional weekend/on-location shoots compensated separately on a project basis (e.g., per shoot package).
* Flexible, remote working arrangements.
* Initial 1-month contract to prove fit, with a strong opportunity to grow into a longer-term role.
* This is a contractor position — you will be responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and benefits.
