About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Ambassador. As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests during their stay at our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
* To provide friendly, approachable, and professional service to all customers ensuring that every guest leaves with a positive impression of our hotel.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal ability to work independently as well as part of a team previous experience in customer-facing roles an eagerness to learn new skills.

Duties & Tasks- To prepare and serve food beverage according - attend HACCP training required follow best practice preparing serving maintain lobby area daily clean floors areas lifts toilets bar restaurant move luggage assist information clients set conference rooms deep clean floor lobbies lift glass collect breakfast cards deliver trays timely manner patrol bedrooms collect soiled linens report suspicious behavior security assist housekeeping moving furniture escorting guests outlets explaining facilities staff storeroom maintaining cleanliness extra mile ensure guest satisfaction respond needs promptly.
