Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Full-Time position to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing customer service to guests and members, maintaining inventory, handling sales transactions, and overall administration to golf related services.
Key Responsibilities
1. Undertake general office duties including responding to correspondence, answering the phone, taking enquiries efficiently and handling members general day-to-day requests.
2. Assist with stock reporting and monthly stocktaking of inventory Admin relating to Membership, the Epurse, Society business on and off the books.
3. Contribute to the development of the Golf Clubs marketing plan and later implementation.
4. Maintaining standards of cleanliness in the shop Maintain the membership list, process new membership applications, arrange and post-process the application depending upon result.
5. Maintain a log of the Clubs current policies as well as its operational contracts together with their respective renewal dates so that everything is kept fully up to date.
6. Assist in the preparation for reception check ins and outs. Perform the duties of receptionist for the hotel as required.
