We have an exciting new opportunity for a 2 – 4 year PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join Flynn O'Driscoll LLP reporting to Julian Cunningham, Partner. This is a permanent full – time position in our Dublin office, working Monday to Friday.
Flynn O'Driscoll LLP has an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor seeking to move into a great team. Flynn O'Driscoll LLP is presently inviting applications from suitably qualified solicitors with suitable commercial property experience, ideally gained in the property practice of a large law firm.
The role will be within the firm's growing real estate team on a full-time basis in its Dublin office. The successful candidate will be a solution driven problem solver with a strong work ethic and drive to gain great legal experience. About the role:
Managing a diverse caseload of Commercial Property clients;
Providing clients with quality advice and guidance in a timely manner;
Dealing with all commercial property matters including sales purchases and the drafting of Agreements, Licences, Leases and Transfers;
Drafting statutory Notices under Landlord and Tenant Act 1954;
Undertaking research and preparing advice on various commercial property matters;
Active involvement in business development for the Property Team;
Undertaking any other relevant and associated duties assigned by the Partner.
About you:
2 - 4 years' PQE
Experience of drafting complex lease, acquisition and disposal agreements;
Strong commercial acumen and client service;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Ability to prioritise work and work to strict timescales;
Ability to adhere to strict Practice Procedure especially related to filing and quality standards;
Willing to work closely with other teams in the Firm on joint projects;
Demonstrating a desire to continue your personal and professional development;
Ability and willingness to play a significant role within the team;
Proven work ethic, a 'can-do' attitude and ability to work in a collegial way;
Experience of using a computerised case management system;
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
