Job Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and driven On Trade Wholesale Manager (RTM In) to join our dynamic Food & Beverages team at Britvic. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our valued customers. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business success.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
* Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
* Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
Requirements
* Proven track record in sales management, preferably in the Food & Beverages industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Education/Qualifications
