Senior Business Analyst - Lean Specialist My client is seeking a Lean specialist to join my clients team as a BA.
Ideally you will have a black belt Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and challenges.
Conduct root cause analysis and gather requirements to inform process improvements.
Apply Lean principles and tools (e.g., value stream mapping, Kaizen, 5S) to drive efficiencies.
Develop business cases and present recommendations for process redesign or automation.
Track, measure, and report on the impact of improvement initiatives.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Act as a bridge between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
