Role: Project Quantity Surveyor
Client: Leading Residential Developer
Essentials: 7-10 years post-graduate experience with a PQS or contractor, competency in Cubit, CostX or similar, prior residential experience in Ireland or the UK .
Location: Site based in West Dublin
Salary: €70,000 - €80,000

Our client, a leading residential developer, is seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor. Working closely with the Senior QS, you will assist in managing subcontract packages, processing payments, preparing monthly valuations, and reporting on budgets and variations.
* Managing subcontract packages and overseeing payments to subcontractors, suppliers and consultants along with normal QS duties
* Undertaking monthly internal valuations and production of monthly cost reports
* Reporting on budgets and variations.
* Maintaining subcontractor and supplier contractual details.
