What You’ll Do in This Role
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll take full ownership of a niche tech market and:
* Identify and engage with key decision-makers via warm/cold outreach
* Promote Archer’s specialist recruitment services and secure client partnerships
* Negotiate commercial terms and nurture client relationships long-term
* Act as a market advisor, providing strategic recruitment insights to some of Ireland’s most innovative companies
What You Bring
* 1+ year in sales or client retention – ideally in Payments, FinTech, or Financial Services
* Strong experience in upselling, cross-selling, and client engagement
* Track record of exceeding KPIs and managing a revenue-focused pipeline
* Drive to learn, grow, and progress into leadership
