What You'll Do in This Role
As a
Business Development Executive
, you'll take full ownership of a niche tech market and:
Identify and engage with key decision-makers via warm/cold outreach
Promote Archer's specialist recruitment services and secure client partnerships
Negotiate commercial terms and nurture client relationships long-term
Act as a market advisor, providing strategic recruitment insights to some of Ireland's most innovative companies
What You Bring
1+ year in sales or client retention – ideally in
Payments
,
FinTech
, or
Financial Services
Strong experience in upselling, cross-selling, and client engagement
Track record of exceeding KPIs and managing a revenue-focused pipeline
Drive to learn, grow, and progress into leadership
