Project Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating site staff and subcontractors on site.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assess work activities to be carried out, plan resources required in conjunction with site program to ensure deadlines are met and related works are carried out in correct sequence
* Manage and coordinate site staff and subcontractors on site
* Liaise and communicate closely with design team, Site Manager and other stakeholders
* Complete online daily site diary, relevant weekly documentation in accordance with company policy
* Carry out company compliance and administration procedures and recording performance and progress of site operations and subcontractors
* Provide training and technical advice to site team
* Effective planning of tasks and efficiently organizing plant and site facilities in order to meet deadlines
* Maintain professional image for the organization in all dealings with public and stakeholders
* Other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
* Degree/Higher Diploma/HETAC qualification or relevant trade experience
* Background in residential developments essential
* Knowledge of latest building regulation and certification standards
* Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects
* Accuracy, attention to detail and methodical nature key
* Ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated
