Site Technician – Flat Roofing SystemsFind out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.Job Title: Site Technician – Flat Roofing SystemsJob reference Number: (phone number removed)Industry Sectors: Flat Roofer, Roofer, Installer, Fixer, Main Contractors, Roofing Contractors, Roof refurbishment, Roofing, Waterproofing, Single Ply, Waterproof membranes, Bitumen membranes, Structural Waterproofing, Cold Liquid Applied Systems, Green Roofs, Concrete Repair and Damp Proofing MembranesArea to be covered: Republic of Ireland & Northern IrelandRemuneration: €55,000 - €60,000 + up to 10% bonusBenefits: Company car, pension, health care, death in service, 20 days annual leaveThe role of the Site Technician – Flat Roofing Systems will involve:* Site Technician position dealing with the installation of various flat roof systems such as; felt roofing, green roofing systems, bitumen membranes, hot melt roofing, cold liquid applied waterproofing, waterproof roof coatings, single ply, structural waterproofing etc* Building and fostering relationships within our clients' approved roofing contractor network* Training of Approved Contractor operatives, ensuring the content of the training and quality of delivery are to the highest possible standard* Oversee site installation monitoring, across all flat roofing and waterproofing systems* Ensure highest levels of workmanship are upheld* Delivering hands on training for approved contractor operatives* Carrying out site inspections for multiple on-going projects* Complete and distribute inspection reports following site inspections and quickly communicating any issues that require immediate attention* Acting as an intermediary to assist the project team and contractors in resolving issuesThe ideal applicant will be a Site Technician – Flat Roofing Systems with:* Must have installation or training experience working with various flat roofing systems such as: felt roofing, green roofing systems, bitumen membranes; hot melt roofing, cold liquid applied waterproofing, waterproof roof coatings, single ply, structural waterproofing etc.* Must have extensive experience with bitumen* Experienced in delivery of Training - Train the Trainer qualification advantageous* Strong technical skills* Full UK driving license* IT literate (Microsoft Office)* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal* Ambition to succeed and join a people focussed team spirited business which allows true autonomy, ownership and management of region.
