Key Responsibilities:

* Help customers set up and maintain accounts, deal with calls, emails, and face-to-face enquiries.

* Promote financial products and services to customers and guide them to the correct colleague with regard to their financial queries.

* Assist customers with the use of IT systems to update account details and perform general administration tasks.
