Deliver time-critical functions with the highest of delivery standards. The role will provide sporting schedule-driven coverage of all sports based on prioritisation by the business.Key Responsibilities:Operate Liquidity Tools: Use the Exchange's liquidity tools across all events and markets as per the specifications and instructions from the Head of Liquidity.Automation Settings Management: Ensure appropriate automation settings are applied for all required markets, including implementation and maintenance of scripts or automated solutions.Quality Assurance: Verify that the liquidity visible to customers in all assigned markets meets the standards set by the Head of Liquidity, and report discrepancies.System Monitoring and Recommendations: Continuously monitor liquidity tools' operations, suggesting adjustments or improvements to enhance efficiency, automation, and user experience.Risk Management: Monitor liquidity liabilities, ensuring they remain within acceptable levels as defined, and take corrective actions where necessary.Development Support: Assist in the specification, development, and testing of new liquidity tools, including collaboration with other teams across the business.External Liquidity Monitoring: Monitor activity from liquidity partners, ensuring external liquidity provision meets specified standards.Collaboration with both the Commercial and Operations Teams: Work closely with both teams to ensure that both internal and external liquidity provisions are aligned and complementary.Teamwork and Flexibility: Participate in cross-departmental initiatives and contribute to maintaining competitiveness in the market.Reporting and Customer Analysis: Generate and update reports corresponding to the Liquidity Team needs.Key Values:We are drivenWe work collaborativelyWe have a positive "can do" attitudeWe operate with integrityWe evolve and adaptRequired QualificationsRelevant professional qualification in finance, risk management, or computer science, or a minimum of 2 years of extensive experience in the betting & gaming industry.ExperienceProven track record in delivering time-critical outputs in a high-pressure environment.SkillsTechnical Proficiency: Understanding and ability to operate and maintain technology-based risk management tools, with knowledge of programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python) being advantageous.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with high attention to detail, particularly in data analysis and risk assessment.Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and, if required, customers.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €34,000.00 per yearAbility to commute/relocate:County Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Experience:managing risk in a real-time trading environments: 1 year (required)betting & gaming industry: 2 years (required)Language:English (required)Work authorisation:Ireland (required)Work Location: In person
